OUTDOOR QUALITY TIME

My Family and I would often just pack our bags and drive to a nearby national park or the mountains. We love to hike and get some good fresh air. Spending time outdoors is one way to improve your mental and physical health. It helps lower stress and puts you in a better mood, lowers blood pressure, improves concentration, sunlight on your skin leads to creation and activation of vitamin D. We're conscious about taking a break from technology and enjoying outdoor fun as a family. There is just something about those trees and mountains that make me feel so alive and at peace. Maybe its their tall and grandiose appearance or that accomplishment that you get after climbing to the top. The feeling of achievement, happiness, and appreciation for the journey. I grew up spending time with my family outdoors, so quality time with my little family is very important to me. Hopefully when my kids grow up they will appreciate all these memories we created.

One of our favorite places so far in Tennessee are the Smokey mountains in Gatlinburg, Rock City in Chattanooga , Burgess Falls State park, and Roan Mountain State park. Here are some of my favorite photos I captured.
